2. Pipe Rack Specific Scope
Fabrication and installation of multi-tier pipe rack structures designed to accommodate process piping, utility lines, and cable trays.
Provision and installation of pipe shoes, guides, stoppers, and support brackets.
Coordination with piping and E&I disciplines to ensure clash-free layout and proper clearances.
Structural readiness checks prior to piping installation.
3. Quality Control & HSE
Implementation of project QA/QC plans for structural fabrication, welding, and painting activities.
Visual inspections, NDT coordination, and documentation.
Compliance with shipyard HSE requirements, including lifting operations, working at height, and hot works.
4. Project Management & Coordination
Planning and scheduling of fabrication, erection, and painting activities to meet project milestones.

Dredging of the access channel and safe towing of the rig into dry dock.

Mechanical, structural, and accommodation works including hot water piping renewal, shale shaker replacement, drill water tank cleaning with UTG inspection, painting of repaired areas, and leg bracing renewal.
Structural: Fabrication of 850 MT of high-strength steel using rolled plates (20–200 mm thickness), DNV material grades DH/EH/FH, designed for high impact resistance at −40°C to −60°C. All works executed to stringent manufacturing quality standards and witnessed by DNVGL for QA/QC.
Installation: Assembly and installation of the Upending Hinge Tool on the deck of WINPOSH 3301 Ballastable Flat Top Barge.
Testing :Site Acceptance Test (SAT) conducted within GOM basin, including functional testing of the Upending Hinge Tool without pile load. The system was upended from horizontal to vertical (90°) in 30° increments with comprehensive checks at each stage. Angle sensors were calibrated to provide real-time angle indication to the operator in the Control Cabin.
E&I : Cable pulling and termination for hydraulic cylinder and winch controls, installation of CCTV system, and provision of general and emergency lighting within the Control Cabin.
Global Offshore & Marine Pte Ltd completed the turnkey scrubber block fabrication project at GlobalOne Shipyard, Singapore, delivering a fully outfitted exhaust gas cleaning block ready for integration on board.
Structural and block fabrication
Fabrication and assembly of the vertical scrubber tower block, including shell sections, internal supports, access platforms, ladders and integrated foundations for process equipment.
Precision alignment, welding and dimensional control of the block to meet shipyard interface points and lifting requirements for subsequent installation on the vessel.
