Project 1

Sagar Samrat MOPU Transportation & Installation Summary Completed:

  • Wet tow from GPC/IMCC Yard to Abu Dhabi Outer Anchorage
  • Dry Tow Transportation of MOPU through HLV MV Falcon from Abu Dhabi Outer Anchorage to Sikka/Bedi Anchorage, India.
  • Wet tow from Sikka/Bedi Anchorage, Gujarat to WO-16 platform, Mumbai High.
  • Full Jacking Trial of MOPU Sagar Samrat near WO-16 Platform, Mumbai High. Docking, final positioning and jack-up of MOPU at WO-16 Platform Final Location.
  • Installation of Telescopic Bridge from MOPU to WO-16 Platform. Operation and Maintenance of MOPU marine systems.

Project 3

Docking Location: GlobalOne Yard

  • 4 sets of Spreader Bars fabrication
  • 1,000 ton capacity Spreader bar, total 4 nos.
  • EN10025-1 S460MLO and S355J2 grade material, Plate thickness 25mm- 90mm.
  • Pre-rigging spreader bars, slings, shackles with Crate in yard before final successful lifting to vessel.

Project 3

  • Over 100 additional work packs were seamlessly integrated into the project, encompassing critical areas such as structure, piping, architectural, electrical, mechanical and painting works.
  • Structure Work - steel renewal amounted to 700 tons for primary and secondary structures.
  • 45,000 dia-inch piping renewal work.
  • The entire hull side of the rig and living quarters (LQ) were repainted, with tanks inside cleaned and painted.
  • 50,000 meter length cable pulling
  • Equipment servicing, HVAC system upgrading, LQ refurbishment
  • Hull, Accommodation, Helideck surface area hydro-jetting and 3 coating
  • Cantilever Skidding system full refurbishment
  • Hydraulic Pump Motor & Power Pack Unit: Removal of the 480V, 90 kW, 132 A, 3-phase, 60 Hz hydraulic pump motor and associated power pack unit, followed by overhaul, dynamic balancing, and reinstallation.
  • Hydraulic Cylinders: Removal of hydraulic cylinders (Bore Ø 560 mm, Rod Ø 200 mm × 2540 mm length), re-chroming and honing of cylinder rods, renewal of seals, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and final reinstallation.

Project 3

Docking Location: GlobalOne Yard, Singapore

  • Executed procurement of materials, fabrication, and assembly of two boilers into twin modular units.

  • Mobilized a dedicated offshore team to perform onboard pre-commissioning activities, supporting the project through to the safe delivery of the FSRU.

  • Module dimensions: 12 m × 12 m × 18 m per module.

  • Module weight: approximately 260 tons per module.

  • Installed two (2) D-80 boilers, including burners, tanks, Gas Valve Units (GVU), and associated skids.

  • Carried out extensive piping works in full compliance with PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) 2014/68/EU.

Project 3

Docking Location: CSL Shipyard, India

    Project scope
  • Design, supply, installation and commissioning of modular accommodation systems for dry spaces in the FR 158 Aft area of the IAC P-071 vessel, under direct engagement with Cochin Shipyard Ltd and the Indian Navy.
  • Complete architectural outfitting of 734 compartments, including wall and ceiling panel systems, insulation, deck coverings, furniture, doors, storm rails, and integrated electrical and piping supports.

  • Engineering and integration
  • Dedicated engineering team providing detailed 6-view architectural layouts, composite drawings and interface coordination with HVAC, electrical, piping and other shipyard trades.
  • Close collaboration with classification and statutory requirements (SOLAS, IMO) and yard/owner technical teams to manage approvals, inspections, FAT and ITP compliance.

  • Execution capabilities
  • Organized site production covering hot work, cold work, insulation, panelling, cable routing and final outfitting, driven by a robust, experienced offshore accommodation team.
  • Proactive interface management at shipyard level, enabling efficient coordination, swift technical resolutions and quality-controlled handover of completed living and working spaces.

Docking Location: GlobalOne Shipyard , Singapore

    Global Offshore & Marine Pte Ltd executed the turnkey construction of a GEN II scrubber module for Keppel Shipyard, delivering a fully integrated topside unit from structural fabrication through pre commissioning.

    Structural and module works
  • Fabrication and erection of the scrubber steel module, including primary and secondary structures, platforms, access ways, foundations and equipment stools to yard and class requirements.
  • Dimensional control, lifting lug design and sea fastening details to ensure safe load out, transportation and installation at the yard’s berth.

  • Process piping and mechanical
  • Installation of complete process piping systems for the exhaust gas cleaning plant, including carbon steel and stainless steel lines, supports, valves and inline equipment within the module envelope.
  • Integration of utilities and service lines such as seawater, sludge, drains, vents and instrument air, with tagged pipework, pressure testing and system reinstatement for yard pre commissioning.

  • Surface protection and utilities
  • Full blasting and marine grade painting system for structural steel, tanks, supports and exposed piping, providing long term corrosion protection in harsh marine environments.
  • Routing of electrical and instrumentation trays, cable supports and small bore utility lines to interface with Keppel Shipyard’s ship systems, enabling a plug and play scrubber module ready for onboard hookup.

    1. Structural Works (Primary Emphasis)
  • Detailed review of IFC drawings, specifications, and client requirements related to pipe rack structural systems.
  • Fabrication of structural steel members including columns, beams, bracings, frames, platforms, and pipe supports in accordance with approved drawings and applicable standards.
  • Cutting, fitting, welding, and assembly of structural components with strict adherence to WPS, NDT requirements, and dimensional tolerances.
  • Installation and erection of pipe rack modules, including alignment, leveling, and temporary supports as required.
  • Load-bearing structural integrity ensured for piping, cable trays, and future operational loads.
  • Bolt tightening, torqueing, and final structural checks prior to handover.
  • Rectification of punch list items related to structural works.

  • 2. Pipe Rack Specific Scope
  • Fabrication and installation of multi-tier pipe rack structures designed to accommodate process piping, utility lines, and cable trays.
  • Provision and installation of pipe shoes, guides, stoppers, and support brackets.
  • Coordination with piping and E&I disciplines to ensure clash-free layout and proper clearances.
  • Structural readiness checks prior to piping installation.

  • 3. Quality Control & HSE
  • Implementation of project QA/QC plans for structural fabrication, welding, and painting activities.
  • Visual inspections, NDT coordination, and documentation.
  • Compliance with shipyard HSE requirements, including lifting operations, working at height, and hot works.

  • 4. Project Management & Coordination
  • Planning and scheduling of fabrication, erection, and painting activities to meet project milestones.
  • Coordination with client, shipyard, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Final inspection, documentation submission, and project close-out.

Project 3

Docking Location: India

  • Dredging of the access channel and safe towing of the rig into dry dock.
  • Dry docking of the rig with Certificate of Approval (COA) and Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS) engagement.
  • Engineering activities including docking plan, towing stability analysis, and loading condition calculations.
  • 30-day dry docking period for spud can repairs following MWS and Class approval.
  • Cleaning of dry dock and spud cans to facilitate inspection and safe repair works.
  • NDT inspection of all three spud cans (Port, Starboard, Forward) with crack repairs as recommended by Class.
  • Steel renewal works at spud cans totaling 1037 metric tons, completed after NDT and Class surveyor inspection.
  • Renewal of low-pressure and high-pressure leg jetting piping inside spud cans, including nozzle cleaning and system testing.
  • Renewal of sacrificial anodes: 18 nos inside spud cans, 12 nos outside spud cans, and 8 nos for raw water cathodic protection.
  • Mechanical, structural, and accommodation works including hot water piping renewal, shale shaker replacement, drill water tank cleaning with UTG inspection, painting of repaired areas, and leg bracing renewal.

Project 3

Docking Location: GlobalOne Yard

  • Structural: Fabrication of 850 MT of high-strength steel using rolled plates (20–200 mm thickness), DNV material grades DH/EH/FH, designed for high impact resistance at −40°C to −60°C. All works executed to stringent manufacturing quality standards and witnessed by DNVGL for QA/QC.

  • Installation: Assembly and installation of the Upending Hinge Tool on the deck of WINPOSH 3301 Ballastable Flat Top Barge.

  • Testing :Site Acceptance Test (SAT) conducted within GOM basin, including functional testing of the Upending Hinge Tool without pile load. The system was upended from horizontal to vertical (90°) in 30° increments with comprehensive checks at each stage. Angle sensors were calibrated to provide real-time angle indication to the operator in the Control Cabin.

  • E&I : Cable pulling and termination for hydraulic cylinder and winch controls, installation of CCTV system, and provision of general and emergency lighting within the Control Cabin.

Docking Location: GlobalOne Shipyard , Singapore

    Global Offshore & Marine Pte Ltd completed the turnkey scrubber block fabrication project at GlobalOne Shipyard, Singapore, delivering a fully outfitted exhaust gas cleaning block ready for integration on board.

    Structural and block fabrication
  • Fabrication and assembly of the vertical scrubber tower block, including shell sections, internal supports, access platforms, ladders and integrated foundations for process equipment.
  • Precision alignment, welding and dimensional control of the block to meet shipyard interface points and lifting requirements for subsequent installation on the vessel.

  • Process systems and surface protection
  • Installation of main scrubber process connections, nozzles and penetrations to interface with exhaust ducting, wash water and utility systems during yard integration.
  • Complete blasting and painting of the scrubber block in marine grade coating systems, ensuring long term corrosion protection and readiness for offshore operation.
