Founded in 2007, Global Offshore & Marine Pte Ltd (GOM) is a boutique shipyard providing one-stop turnkey services to the offshore and marine industry.
We specialize in a wide range of turnkey projects, including structural steel fabrication, piping and electrical work, offshore accommodation systems and EPCC of LQ modules, E-houses and process modules. We undertake complete refurbishment and upgrading works for drilling rigs and drillships, FPSO conversion, ship-repair and modification works and outfitting of pipe-laying and accommodation barges. Our approach is guided by customer-centricity, focusing on flexibility, on-time delivery and providing quality and cost-effective solutions.
In 2025, we moved into a custom-built facility occupying more than 35,000 sqm of land and 166m of waterfront berth with 4 service workshops, warehouses, blasting chamber, overhead cranes, crawler cranes and barges.
As a testament to our unstinting focus on safety, quality and efficiency, we are ISO9001-2008, iso14001:2015 UKAS, OHSAS 18001:2007, API, ABS and BizSafe certified.
